Looking for a respectful house mate(s) to occupy a double room. Bathroom also on top floor and is shared between the two rooms available.
Contract length negotiable and can be flexible. One month rent required for deposit along with proof of income and references. Both rooms available from 1st April.

Very chilled/relaxed and clean household and looking to find someone who matches this :)

Ideally looking for house mates that don’t work from home.
