The flat is really lovely and spacious, there is a shared kitchen/dining room and living room. The bedroom is carpeted, the rest of the flat has wooden floors, and has some lovely features.
There is off road parking directly in front of the flat.
The flat is next to Moseley Bog nature reserve, about 15 mins walk from Moseley centre, and 25 mins walk to Kings Heath.
I own the flat and am looking for someone who is friendly, clean and tidy, and isn’t looking to party or have lots of late nights!
