Why, hello there browser!
My name's Andy, and I have a double room to rent in my rather marvelous mid-terrace Victorian house on King Edward Road, slap-bang in the centre of Moseley Village.
The house is fully furnished, each of the bedrooms has ample storage, plus a desk & chair to cater for those of you who are lucky enough to work from home.
There are 4 double bedrooms in total, and I will be renting all of them out to individuals.
The house has a modern open plan kitchen / living area, with 50” TV & FreeSat, and French doors that open out to a half-decent sized garden, with decking, and plenty of room for a BBQ!
There is one shower room, and one bathroom, each with a toilet & sink.
The house is situated no more than 20 meters from the Fighting Cocks pub, 30 meters from Sainsbury’s & Co-Op, and only a couple of meters further to Moseley private park – you couldn’t get more central than this! The POW is just a touch further down the street, if you fancy a quick margarita after a hard day at work!
Bills: Council tax is included. The remainder of the bills (including broadband) will be arranged by you and the other tenants.
Interested? Well please get in touch, letting me know a little bit about yourself!
NOTE - the ad states 'live in landlord', but this isn't correct - I do not live in the property.
