Hi all, I have a newly renovated 3 bed flat in Moseley and am looking for a new flat mate after my current one is moving in with her man.
The flat itself is a good size 3 bed, about 10 mins walk from Moseley village, with a balcony and a shared garden. Parking is available either on the drive or literally around the corner.
A bit about me: I am a 36 yr old female, work in sales and travel with work quite frequently. I like all the usual things: good food and wine, the occasional night out, a decent amount of exercise and being lazy on the sofa too.
Who am I looking for: having been really lucky with all the flatshares I have lived in over the past yrs, I am looking for someone, of a similar age, who doesn't want to live in my pocket but equally is happy to engage and is tidy/ clean (aka i am not good with messies) If any of the above appeals, get in touch!
