I have 2 rooms to rent in a 3 bedroom home in Netherton, Dudley. The house is a corner plot, within a quiet cul-de-sac with canals and parks nearby.
Not too far away (Approx 3 Miles) is The Merry Hill Shopping Centre. This is an ideal place to find all kinds of retail outlets and a Cinema as well as some bars and restaurants.
There are some nice local take-aways and convenience stores within walking distance.
Birmingham City Centre is about 8 miles away and can be reached by bus or train. There are bus stops within walking distance also, although you may need to check on the routes. Please bear in mind that I will be a live out landlord but due to COVID restrictions I am living in and working from home in the interim whilst I find accommodation in London.
ROOM 1 (Large Double)- £475
The room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bed.
ROOM 2 (Double Room) - £450
The room has a pull out clothes rail and draw storage in the bed and a separate unit.
The shared areas include Bathroom, Kitchen and Living Area. There is also a back garden with patio area.
This rent will include bills for WIFI, water, gas, electric and council tax I do not have a TV licence as I only watch Netflix via Xbox so this would need to be discussed, however you can tether to the TV via apps. Ideally, I am looking for someone to stay for a minimum of 6 months. I would consider male or female, however preferably professional.
