Large double in beautiful house - mostly just you!

Hi,

I’m Laura, 33 and currently splitting my time between my house in Birmingham and a place in London for work. Generally, I’m only home a couple of long weekends a month so the place will be yours the majority of the time. Looking for a lodger until end of August/possibly longer (can discuss for right person).

It's a beautiful 2-bedroom 1800's terrace in a nice part of Northfield. Open lounge/dining room with smart TV, Netflix and broadband. Fully equipped kitchen with washer, dryer, dishwasher and Range cooker (great if you love to cook, unlike me!).

Decent sized garden which backs on to a Church so very quiet and the neighbours are friendly.

I've recently renovated the available large double which includes double bed, fitted wardrobe, 3 drawer unit and 2 bedside tables (I could move the units if preferred). I have decided to move myself in to the smaller room as I won't be there very often, I’d be open to offering the smaller room if you prefer.

House is fitted with new alarm system, carbon monoxide detectors and fire alarms of course.

The train station is literally at the bottom of the street, less than 5-minute walk, and gets you in to Birmingham in 18 minutes. It's also only a 22-minute drive in to the centre and there's free on street parking. Only 10 minutes by train or car to the QE hospital and close to Birmingham Uni campus.

Brand new gym is only a short walk away with pool, classes and gym at a decent price. 15-minute drive to the Lickey Hills if you like walking and 20 minutes to the Clent Hills.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy, considerate and someone who wants a place that feels like home. No party animals and someone who will respect and look after the house and its contents. As I’ve spent a good while making it nice, I’d like it to stay that way and hoping to leave it in good hands.

Council tax, broadband, water, Netflix and tv licence for communal area included. Gas and electric separate.
