Looking for a professional female house mate

Hi,

I am currently looking for a professional female to house share with myself and resident pooch.

The room is a small double with fitted wardrobes, desk and storage bed, the house is a pleasant semi detached property on a cul de sac with ample parking, secure garden, shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and conservatory.

It’s a ten minute walk to Northfield train station which will have you in Birmingham City Centre in 20 minutes or Bromsgrove in 15 minutes and serviced by the 45 and 47 buses, it’s also on NCN 5 cycle route along the River Rea. Close to Northfield Town Centre, Kings Norton Green, QEHB and The Orthopaedic Hospitals. If you like your outdoors like me there are plenty of green open spaces on the doorstep.

Broadband is stated as not included but only owing to the speed available in the area, however there is a hotspot available in the property which can be used, there is a shared washing machine and tumble dryer, gas central heating and an electric fire in the living room.

I am 38, a predominantly vegetarian but I’m happy to share wil non vegetarians, I love live music (indie, rock, pop and anything in between), the odd night out with a craft beer and big walks (keeps the Collie happy). I work full time and I’m also an amateur genealogist in my spare time.

I am happy to share cooking duties or cook for just myself, I’m the master of one pot cooking! As there is a resident dog in the house their approval will also be sought if you apply with your own pet just make sure they will also get along, I can also provide details of recommended dog walkers and sitters if required.
