Quiet semi-detached house with garden

Lovely house at the end of a quiet cul de sac with a garden, and was recently renovated so everything is new and in good condition.

3 min walk from Northfield station so very convenient.

Was living here with my girlfriend however split up but love living here so am looking for a replacement housemate (what was her office would become my bedroom and the room on offer is the master bedroom).

The landlord used to live here and is lovely - she wants someone who will take good care of the house and treat it like a home.

The road is pretty quiet so probably best suited to someone who doesn’t go “out out” frequently ie comes home drunk and loud etc.

Generally kept pretty clean and tidy so again, is best suited to someone with similar living habits.

The house is currently full of my furniture so would be in effect like moving into a furnished house however if down the line I move the furniture will come with me and does not belong to the landlord/come with the house.
