Large double available in really nice 4 bed home

Hi I live in a very large home it’s a 4 bed with a gated drive and very large garden. I like keeping it quite chilled.

I am white 40's and work in a professional job but dress like a skateboarder at weekends and am fairly chilled.
Previously I shared with Gabi 28 sikh who has moved in with her fella but has offered to act as a reference for me. I am now looking for a new lodger and I just need someone whose equally cool basically so I'm not rushing just looking for someone who wants to live in a nice home, not a HMO.

I need someone who I know will respect my home - I don’t mind who as long as they like a clean home and are chilled.
I’m normally working, at the gym or listening to Spotify on my headphones.

I’ve priced it £600 all in with me paying all bills but this isn't like a normal room on spareroom as its just me and lots of space.

Reality is I could take two people as I have a very large home but never got past one but if I did I would reduce rent.

I live in a highly secure home, we know all the neighbours, my family live near by and we have a network of people who are very close.

A reliable person sought - my home isn't the norm, mesh wifi, large garden with gardener gated drive, two toilets and I’m having a second shower put in over the next few weeks.
