The property is a 3 bedroom house - 2x double, 1x single in Tividale, Oldbury. The single bedroom won’t be rented out, so it would be just you and me.
I’ve moved into the smaller of the 2 double rooms, so you would have the larger bedroom.
I live between London & Birmingham due to the majority of my work being in London, but my family and main residence being in Brum.
The rent is £480 pcm.
