The space
As guests to the 3 bedroom property you have use in all common areas like kitchen, dining room, utility/ laundry room but above all the quiet garden.

All bedrooms are private with key locks.

Each rooms features a TV with Netflix, Disney, ITVx. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and modern.

All other facilities are shared such as the kitchen and x2 bathrooms one is located upstairs with a bath and shower and the other downstairs is a walking in shower.

Your stay will be made pleasant.

The house in an urban accessible area which is close to M6 Junction 2. We are just off the Wolverhampton Road and are walking distance to Hayley Road, where you have many restaurants.

As well as being very close to Birmingham City centre, which is 1 bus ride away.

It is in very close proximity to the University Of Birmingham, Birmingham City University. Aston university and other Educational institutions.

You’ll see ample amount of parking is available.

We are walking distance to local stores such as Tesco, Asda, Aldi, Farm foods , B&M and more.

All bills are included (Gas, Electric, water, Council Tax-and also WIFI

ARE you just looking for a short minimum Stay . This is something we can accommodate.

The rooms are furnished as you’ll see from the photos, but if anything else is require to meet your needs, we will provide.
