Ideally looking for london commuters, who do not want to pay the high price of London living, but can commute to london within 1 hr 20 min via train. Open to others also.
Preferably halal meat eaters/ vegetarians. If personnel is really good, we could consider alternatives.
Preferably female as I would not be in the house some days due to work and would want the house in a clean way. However, open to hygienic males.. house currently 10/10.
House will have new features added ongoing - top sky sports package, broadband, CinemaHD, etc.
Garden is very ample. Scenic and ideal for personnel who enjoy relaxing in the garden. Seeing it believing.
Free parking on the road, however also ample parking with the house off road, which could be used.
Very close walking distance to sainsburys, argos, next, homebase, council, tsb, barlcays banks, various others, barbers/hairdressers. An ideal location to set yourself up. Near by park, along with motorway access.
Sandwell & Dudley train station - 1 minute walk - direct trains to london (ideal for london commuters), manchester,, birmingham city centre.
There is no urgency to fill these rooms. it is more the house is occupied whilst I am away for work duties, so responsible people is a must.
