Hi, I have a spare room in my house for rent. I have been renting for the past three years and things have worked out well with all my lodgers.

I now have a room available due to existing lodger relocating out of the West Midlands.

The house has three bedrooms and you will share facilities with myself and one other lodger (we are both working professionals)

The room is a double, furnished with a TV point and WI-FI.

I have a large bathroom with separate shower cubicle.

A fitted kitchen with built-in gas and electric oven, a washing machine with a dryer, microwave and a toaster.

There is also a living/dining room to chill out and chat if you want to on occasion.

Generally the house is very tidy. If you drive, there is private parking area by the house and bus stop on door step, every ten minutes to city centre and broad street (25 minutes peak hours).

The location offers many local amenities within walking distance of house including a CO-OP literally across the road, pharmacy, barbers/hairdressers, drink store, takeaways and pubs etc

I am looking for a working person who wants a room in a relaxed atmosphere and the room is available on the 1st August @ £95 per week with all bills inclusive.
