I have one newly decorated, double room to rent in a very pleasant, quiet, clean and tidy semi. The bedroom is light and spacious with a large bay window. It is furnished with double bed, double wardrobe, shelving unit, bedside cabinet, chair, desk and large mirror. I supply one set of clean bedding.

Bathroom, breakfast room and kitchen are all shared. Tenant will have full use of facilities; washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer, wifi and large rear garden.

The house is ideally situated, in a quiet area, close to the Wolverhampton road. It gives convenient access to the city centre, Dudley and Wolverhampton; public transport is also easily accessible. Junction 2 of the M5 is approximately 1 mile away. Supermarkets, gyms, bars, restaurants and fast food outlets are all within close proximity.

Parking is available on the roadside.

Please note: this is a Monday - Friday let only (Though this can be negotiated for a Sunday - Thursday let) I am looking for applications from people in full time employment only. It is a quiet but friendly house, not suited to anyone wanting to party or have guests staying over..
