Hiya! I’m a 29-year-old female homeowner in Solihull looking for a flatmate. The apartment is right in the middle of Olton, next to the train station. All bills are included in the rent (including council tax), so the only things you’ll need to cover yourself are food and toiletries.

**About the property:**
The flat is on the ground floor of a three-storey building and has its own front door. The area is generally relaxed and quiet, although you may occasionally hear the neighbours’ children playing outside when the weather is nice.

There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large open-plan kitchen and living area. You’ll have the main bathroom to yourself (with a bath/shower) as I use the en-suite. The room comes with a single bed, desk, chair, storage, and a TV. You’ll also have your own closet just beside the room with clothing rails. I’m happy to add extra storage if needed.

The living room has a sofa bed and TV (currently being replaced! New one will arrive this week!) with access to most streaming platforms, which you’re very welcome to use. The kitchen is fully equipped. I currently don’t have a working oven, but the hob works fine and I do have a large air fryer.

**About me:**
I work as a qualifications assessor and mostly work from home at the moment (although this may change soon). I enjoy crafting, animals, and spending time with friends. I’m very laid-back, friendly, and love meeting new people.

I also have a lovely little cat who lives here. She’s very sweet, well-behaved, and always happy to accept a bit of fuss — but do keep in mind she may trigger allergies as she’s quite floofy!

**About you:**
My only real preference is a female flatmate. I’m looking for someone easy to get along with who treats the home with respect. The flat would suit someone without a cat allergy. Visitors are absolutely fine as long as they’re people you already know.
