We have 3 spare rooms that are unused. It is a 3 bedroom house of which I live in (67yr female part time and my son 42)
It’s a 10 minute bus ride to town and 1 minute walking distance to local shops and bus stop on Penn road. You would just need to buy your own food and split the gas and electric with other tenants. Which will be around £5-10 per week depending on usage and far less in the summer.
