I have been in this property for three years now having shared with two other people who unfortunately have now moved on. I'm super keen to keep the flat as its a great property with lots of character in a good area. It is also cheap for the size.
I am a musician and music tutor, I work in the week and also most weekends. I play drums and guitar some evenings, not very often but please bear this in mind before applying! Looking for student/professional.

Its not a crazy party house, please don't get the wrong end of the stick because I happen to play music! I prefer a chilled home life, for the most part.
