I have a furnished double room available in a tidy, well-maintained three-bedroom house with a lovely garden and a spacious kitchen.

I occupy two of the rooms myself—one as a bedroom and the other as a home office—so you would be sharing with a nice, tidy owner. The available room is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a desk, making it ideal for both living and working.

The house is clean, non-smoking, and well cared for. It benefits from fast 1 GB high-speed internet, and all bills are included in the rent.

The property is located in Quinton, close to bus stops and other transport links.

I am looking for a short-term tenancy of 1 to 3 months maximum.
