Large double room available in clean house share

I am advertising a large double room in a clean house share

The house is around a 7‑minute drive from both Walsall and Aldridge town centres. There are nearby bus stops with routes to Walsall, Aldridge, Wolverhampton, Birmingham and other surrounding areas

My room is downstairs; the available room is upstairs. All bills are included (WiFi, TV licence, etc.)

I’m 30 years old and live with my little Jack Russell cross. She spends all her time with me and/or in my room. I’m used to living in house shares and treat this one the same as any other. The house is as much yours as it is mine. I’m usually in my room or the office room when I’m home, if i’m not out

I tend to keep to myself as I’m busy doing my own thing, but I’m sociable and respectful when we cross paths. I’ll be holding out for a housemate who is similar in that sense

If you’re interested, we can arrange a viewing. After your viewing, if you decide you want the room, I will just need to see your ID and either your employment contract or a recent payslip to confirm you’re in work. You will then sign the lodger agreement, and I will take the deposit and the first month’s lodgings upfront (lodgings are paid monthly in advance). You can choose the date your rent goes out each month
