It's a short walk to lots of pubs and supermarkets like Aldi and Sainsburys, a bus stop to town and Selly Oak train station!
It's a 4 bedroom house with a decent sized garden, kitchen and one bathroom.
The room free is actually much bigger than it looks with plenty of storage spaces for clothes and books and a decent sized desk. There is even a cupboard in the wall that you could use for extra storage!
