We have a room with a double bed available to rent from now until June 30th (end of tenancy). Due to subletting being prohibited on the contract, if the room is taken it must be until the end of June. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, desk, desk chair and bedside table, and is a 20 minute walk away from the University of Birmingham. It is a short walk to Selly Oak train station, which is only a 10 minute journey to the city centre. There is also free parking on the street directly outside.
The room has a bathroom just down the hall which is hardly used (so basically to yourself), along with the open plan kitchen/living area that has a TV and washing machine. It is with 4 lovely girls and a boy, who are all students that are clean and sociable, and enjoy a relaxed evening in together! Ideally, a clean and tidy male or female who is sociable but prefers evenings in would be great.
Rent is £325 per month. In addition, bills are £17.99 per month, totalling to £342.99 per month. WiFi is included!
Please get in contact for more information, we'd love to hear from you! I was at the University of Birmingham but transferred to a different course in London, therefore leaving my room free!
