We’re currently living down Milner Road in Selly Oak. It’s a four bedroom house, three doubles and one single but we’re living in it as a three because it’s only £108 a week, including bills and internet. So there’s a spare room for anyone to stay round/extra storage.
The other two tenants are extremely friendly, both in their mid 20’s and at the end of their second year of nursing at BCU. It’s a very chilled, calm and sociable house where we all sit together on our days off or on sunny days.
The road is student friendly with lots of other student properties so you can be assured that it is a safe area. There is always on-road parking available too.
The location is 20 minutes from Selly Oak train station and 10 minutes to Morrison’s.
The photo of the single bedroom is the spare room and I have a video of the available double bedroom that I can send you (I cant get a photo that fits it all in)! I will be leaving the curtains, bedside table and lamp in the bedroom.
Due unforeseen circumstances, I can’t stay there so I am looking for a replacement tenant to take me over. I am flexible with when this can happen so don’t hesitate to message me on here or on WhatsApp!
