Spacious double room with friendly flatmates

The clothing stand, fan and the storage box do not come with the room

This is a great room with everything within the room (fridge, bathroom, cabinets) except for a cooker - there is a shared kitchen/living room/dining room area with some additional space/fridges. The red sofa chair in the picture has been replaced with a better sofa chair. The housemates are very polite, friendly and clean (you won't see people leaving the shared spaces in a mess).

There is also a TV, washing machine and a dryer in the shared spaces. All costs are included within the rent except for council tax (only relevant for professionals - council tax band A) and parking. Parking is also available for a very small fee (£20 - £40 for the entire year) between 8/9 am to 5pm. After 5pm it is free.

University of Birmingham is a short walk away. What else is nearby (walking distance):

- A shopping park (clothes and other things you may want to buy)

- Petrol station
- Parks

There are currently 4 ladies in the house and a single couple in one of the rooms. There is someone in the house who smokes, but they do not smoke inside any shared spaces. The only reason why I am no longer staying here is because of changes in my circumstances and I no longer need the room. If you would like to stay for longer than until August 2022, then you can speak with the lettings agents and choose to renew your tenancy agreement.
