Hi. I am a student looking for a replacement for a tenancy from 1st July 2024 to 1 July 2025
You will be living with 2 other lovely diligent UoB students who will be on placement most of the day and otherwise the house is still quiet and clean
From January to March, the 2 will be in a different city for their placement.
Parking is available both on the drive of the house and on the road.
There is 1 bathroom and shower on the first floor.
Both girls are lovely! Rent is 100 a week.. Bills will likely be organised by the girls so will be cheaper than a company.
