It's a 6 minute walk from selly Oak Station (7 minute train ride to city center), an 8 minute walk from Aldi and Tesco( Selly Oak) , a 12 minute walk to Sainsbury, a 10 minute walk to Chinese store and Korean Supermarket and a 10-minute walk from the University of Birmingham. We prefer females. The tenancy begins from 1 May 2024 to 31 August 2024.
