It is an en-suite on the third floor with a large shared kitchen. The rental period is from 01/06/2024 to 31/08/2024, but you can start the rental a week earlier if you want.
The apartment is in an excellent location and has a full range of living facilities. It is only 3-minutes’ walk to the University of Birmingham. It has 24/7 CCTV and the front desk collects the delivery. You can use the gym, study room, laundry room and common space.
Flatmates are all very kind. I’d like to transfer the official contract, so Student only.
