Looking for a flatmate in Sally Oak

We're a lively group of five guys with diverse backgrounds (Spanish, Italian, and British), on the lookout for our final housemate to join us in our chosen home for the upcoming year. We have one room left in our spacious house located on Bournbrook Road, just a quick 2/3-minute walk from UoB, an 8-minute stroll to Aldi, and a 10-minute walk to the Sally Oak train station. This area is ideal for university students, offering plenty opportunities such as clubs, restaurants, grocery stores, and parks.

Our house has a lot of space, including generously sized rooms and a modern, spacious living area furnished with new furniture, a TV, and even a dishwasher.

The house has a total of 8 rooms, so we aim to fill 6 of them and have 2 spare rooms (which can be used for guests and for storage). There are three bathrooms, (2 of them having a shower).

The weekly rent is £125, excluding bills.
