The available room is equipped with a double bed, desk, and a mirrored wardrobe. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (one on each floor), free on-road parking, and fast Wi-Fi. There’s also a shared lounge with comfy sofas and a TV.
The house is just a 20-minute walk from UOB campus, a 4-minute walk to Selly Oak Shopping Centre, and only a 3-minute walk to Selly Oak train station.
The rent is £163 per week (all bills included, with September already paid for). And the tenancy will start on 1st of November 2024 to 30th June 2025
