There is fortnightly cleaning services provided for the communal areas. We will cover the cleaning fees.
20 mins from UoB and 15 mins for Selly Oak station with good transport links. Nice and quiet area away from students roads.
Current housemates are professionals and UoB PG students. We are all very tidy, friendly and considerate. Most of us are introvert but we also enjoy cozy housenights or kitchen chats.
