The 2 rooms include bed, storage cabinets/shelves, 3 piece sofa, clothes storage, display units, tables.
Bathroom facilities are private and have electric shower, WC, sink and some storage space.

Shared Kitchen/Dining Area/utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, Microwave, Kettle, own Fridge/Freezer, Oven/Hob, Cultery/Pots/Pans/Utensils etc, dining table and stools. There will be separately allocated Kitchen Storage Units and fridge freezer space.

Shared Rear private Garden.

All rooms come with Gas Central Heating and Double Glazing. There are smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

Bills are included in the rent including the council tax, gas, electricity and Superfast wireless Broadband.
