Double room in Shirley

I have a double room available in my three bedroom semi-detached house in Shirley. The room is spacious, furnished and light and airy. The house is recently rennovated to a high standard, there is a garden and off road parking if you need it. I live in a quiet area with good neighbours.

I am chilled out and easy going. I am pretty clean and tidy and would appreciate my house mate to be the same. I work some evenings and weekends but when I am at home I enjoying watching TV and relaxing and maybe partaking in the odd glass of vino. It is not a party house, but I do have a few friends over now and again and like entertaining occassionally. I like the outdoors and keep myself pretty busy. My hobies include, cycling, running, gardening and travel. I have an airedale dog who is very entertaining.

I would be interested in either male or female Monday to Friday lodgers or a full time short term let.
