Hello, I have a pleasant house to share, very close to Shirley Station (3 minute walk) and local shops but also open countryside. There is not a lot of passing traffic so it's naturally quiet.

It is a good sized double room with double bed and neutrally decorated. Electricity, gas, water, council tax and fast broadband included. We have a cleaner every two weeks.

There's a room available to store bikes, camping or golfing gear.

It's a really comfortable, relaxed, clean and convenient place to live. Very sunny too. You would share with a quiet and tidy male.

There is a drive to park your car but there is ample street parking too. It would be great to hear from you especially if you like gardening. Male or Female but preferably male over 30, although professional employed individuals of either sex ok.

This house would ideally suit someone who needs a place to live, that is a perfect 'down' space after a day at work. Individuals content to seek their own distractions would feel most at home.

Please can I ask you to refrain from writing if you don't fit the ad... there are different homes for different folks and this is a quiet house for quieter types.
