The property is in a quiet friendly neighbourhood walking distance from local shops, with great transport links into Birmingham City Centre. I'm looking for a clean, tidy and respectful roommate. Unfortunately, over night guests will not be permitted, as you will be living/ sharing the house with a live in landlord. All bills are included within the rental price, however this excludes food, laundry products and cleaning products.

Before, moving into the property you will need to provide 2 references (Employer and previous landlord), copy of passport, 3 months payslips and a security deposit. The tenancy agreement will be for 2 months initially and then reviewed with the tenant.
