I’m offering a lovely room in my spacious 3-bed Victorian property, shared with just me (the landlady). The house has plenty of character and space, including a large living area, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, main bathroom, downstairs toilet, and a big garden with summer furniture – perfect for relaxing.

A little about me: I’m a working professional, sociable and often out, but I enjoy cooking and relaxing at home too. I work from home 3 days a week and go away on trips quite a lot. I like to keep the home clean, tidy and peaceful, so ideally looking for someone who shares the same values. I’m respectful with noise though I do enjoy the occasional weekend mix.

• Prior to moving in, first months rent & deposit (equal to 5 weeks rent) will need to be paid.
