I am looking for tidy student or a professional (Male or Female) who respects both privacy, keep things tidy, respectful and polite person.
For couple sharing it will be £750 a month and all inclusive bills & for couple with one kid it is £800 inclusive of all bills.
The property is not far from Birmingham City Centre (B66 4TA). On-Street parking available, Quite area, 24hrs McDonald’s, KFC, loads of groceries shops, restaurants, 24hrs shops, etc are nearby!
I am an South Indian born, British Citizen. I speak Tamil, little-broken Hindi and fluent English. I am a professional IT Cloud/Infrastructure Engineer who doing Hybrid work - It means, I work from home or sometime goes to workplace.
