It is very close to solihull town centre, a few minutes walk to tudor grange park and 10 mins walk to solihull train station . The room is on the top floor and very light with windows overlooking the beautiful garden. The room has its own shower, sink and toilet. There is also a top floor sitting area with window seat, sofa and storage.
In the house there is a very large kitchen and utility room along with a dining and sitting area and patio doors to the garden and outside seating. There is a lounge with sofas and TV and a further downstairs sitting room with additional sofas and TV. Channels include Netflix, BBC iPlayer and Amazon prime.
There is also a conservatory with gym equipment including a full size cross trainer and water powered rowing machine.
Parking is available on the drive.
The house is generally a very quiet, clean, calm place. Live in landlord works from home as a counsellor and has clients who come to the house for counselling. Due to the nature of this work the house will not suit anyone who else who needs to work from home. It will suit someone who is in full time work at an external place of work who is looking for a safe, quiet, clean and calm environment to come back to.
There is a very large garden with swinging seat under the willow tree, vegetable patch, a trampoline and fire pit down the bottom, along with a wooden summer house with day bed and book shelves.
The house is just a few minutes walk around the corner from Tudor Grange park and Solihill Active Sports and Leisure Centre which is great for green space, exercise and with easy access to Solihull town centre and train station.
Frequent trains to Birmingham town centre take 10-15 mins. Birmingham International airport and train station and the NEC is only a 15 min car drive.
Short term lets are considered in addition to Monday to Friday only
The landlord is vegetarian but that is not a requirement for anyone else :).
