Seeking a friendly and tidy professional to rent my spare doubleroom.

A bit about the room:
The double room comes with a new bed, built in wardrobes and under-bed storage. The room is carpeted and heating is electric with heavy black-out curtains. Windows are double glazed and there is ample light during the day.
The kitchen and lounge are communal and are both are fully equipped with all the essentials. There is one bathroom with a bath/shower and a separate toilet.
Parking is available at the property and there is a garage for storage if required.

The flat is located in a very quiet estate and is a 5minute walk from Solihull train station and a 5minutes walk across the local park to supermarkets (Waitrose/Aldi) and the town center where there are numerous shops, pubs, restaurants and more supermarkets (Sainsburys, Morrisons).

A bit about me:
I am a hardworking professional who spends more time at work than I'd like! I work variable hours Monday-Sunday and variable shifts (day/night).

I love traveling, being social and I thoroughly enjoy cooking. I like keeping fit and cycle daily to commute to work, however equally I can be found relaxing in my lounge room with a wine and a good book/TV series.

I like to keep a very tidy home and it is important that any applicant is of a similar nature. My ideal housemate would be someone who's clean, tidy, respectful of other people's space, however equally enjoys casual socialising in their downtime.
