Beautiful spacious house and double room available in a great location in Solihull. The room is bright with lots of natural light, a new bed and memory foam mattress, brand new carpets and fitted wardrobes offering ample storage. The kitchen is large and airy and looks over a huge garden. The location benefits from excellent transport links to the Birmingham Airport, Solihull Town Centre and is just a stroll away from shops, cafes, gyms, and all the amenities you could need. There's a comfortable shared living space with 50 inch Samsung TV. A desk can also be provided if needed.

You’ll be sharing with two others: a tidy, friendly female housemate and the live-in landlord (male), who stays just a few nights a week. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed and respectful. We’re looking for someone who appreciates a calm, clean environment and wants to help make the house feel like a home rather than just a place to stay. We’re always up for a chat in the kitchen or the occasional evening watching TV together, but we equally value quiet time and personal space.
