The house is exceptionally well-connected, with public transport just
5 minutes away. You’ll have easy access to Birmingham City Centre, Solihull, the NEC, and the Airport. Local shops like Tesco and Morrisons, as well as a gym and doctors' surgery, are all just a short walk away.
This is a single-parent household, but as my son is currently studying in Leeds, we spend most of our time there. We only return occasionally on weekends and during school breaks, meaning you will have plenty of privacy and a quiet atmosphere during the week.
House will be fully furnished, photos just show one bedroom empty as we are decorating.
