Includes all bills, car parking space in town centre location, cleaning and bedding change once a week , continental breakfast facilities downstairs , toilet roll. We are a boutique short stay premises for short term and longer term stays, cheaper than hotel price nightly stays.

If you don’t want a long term contract we are happy to do min 2 month contract and rolling so you can terminate anytime after, especially for transitional working people to get themselves back on the feet.
This is our attic double room, secluded on second floor: cottage feel, looking out to woodlands garden ground , but a street ahead from to Solihull train station and John Lewis, touch wood centre.
A parking space can be allocated if required.
Can rent min 2 month. Pay month to month onwards .
Cleaning will be avail once a week.
