Looking for a non smoker who is not afraid to clean (with three beagles I do tend to vacuum at least 5 times a day)

It's just a 5 minute walk to train station and less than 10 minutes to M42 junctions 3 and 4

10 mins from Blythe Valley Business Park.

Newly fitted Bathroom & Kitchen and well decorated throughout.

You will have access to the entire house, have your own fridge, cupboard space and use of all kitchen appliances

Freshly decorated double room available with large built in cupboard, Double Bed, workstation, mirrors and Large free standing cupboard with drawers - and curtains.

Small Private south facing Garden complete with Garden Furniture

Unlimited Fibre Broadband

Fellow shift worker or airline crew preferred - I currently work 12 hour shifts either 0700 - 1900 or 1900 -0700

Monday to Friday let also available.

Honest downsides - There is ample parking outside, but not guaranteed to be directly outside the house - my dogs wake around 0700 but once fed...settle down and spend the rest of the day sleeping.

Rent £550 a month paid in advance

Two references required along with deposit (£550) plus 1 months rent before release of key
