My name is Graham and I live on my own in a very nice large semi detached house approximately 20 min walk from Solihull town centre/train station. I am aprox 200 yards from the Sharmans Cross pub. For a non driver the bus stop for buses into solihull town centre/train station is 20 yards from the house.
There is a large front drive which can take up to 5 cars.
I had a full time lodger here for the 3 years who has moved on having now bought her own place. It worked very well and therefore keen to do it again so..
I would like to rent my spare room.
The room is available from the start of April 2020. I am looking for someone either on a Monday to Friday basis for large double room (15 ft x 12 ft) or to rent the room full time.. I am happy with either arrangement.
The house is very nicely modernised and kept very clean and tidy.. It also has a lovely garden ..south facing with a great sun trap.. that is when the sun it is out!
I look after my home and it is important the person who has the room is clean and tidy.
