I have a lovely double room for rent in Solihull. There is a built in double wardrobe and chest of drawers in the room too so plenty of space.

It's a townhouse and the room is on the second floor along with the main bathroom so you would pretty much have the floor to yourself and sole use of the main bathroom.

In terms of location, it's just off lode lane and about a mile to solihull centre so a 20/30 min walk into solihull town/train station.

I'm sociable and easy going and keen to share with someone similar. I'm good friends with people I've shared with in the past and you're welcome to ask any of them about living with me as a reference.

The room is £575 per month with bills included. I also have a small bedroom next to the double bedroom that could be used as a dressing room/extra living space etc etc This is an optional extra and if taken would be an additional £50 per month (£625 in total).
