The room is a good sized double room, which is fully furnished and lockable, and in a great house. It has its own ensuite bathroom with a large shower. It's top floor of the house.
In the rest of the house, we have a contemporary and spacious kitchen/diner, with all appliances and a neat breakfast bar, with a wall mounted 40 inch TV. There is also a cosy lounge with a 37 inch digital TV, and not forgetting the 152mb Virgin high speed broadband throughout. The bedrooms also have TV aerial sockets.
We have a cleaner who looks after all the communal areas, and some off road parking (with no parking restrictions on the residential road).
This three storey house is situated close to Jaguar Land Rover, Solihull B91 (Solihull Town side of JLR) and gives easy access into Solihull Town Centre, Blythe Valley, Solihull Hospital and the Airport, so it is perfect if that is where you work.
If you work in Solihull that is a quick commute, otherwise 9 miles away is Birmingham City Centre which is a 15 minute train journey, and Birmingham International train station and Birmingham Airport are also only 4 miles away.
The house has the latest integrated fire alarm system, and there are fire doors for added safety.
Solihull has great facilities for both shopping and socialising. The award winning Touchwood Shopping Centre (which you can walk to in about 15-20 mins) being fantastic for both retail therapy, restaurants and lively bars, and the surrounding town having a great selection of nightlife and things to do. Not only that, Solihull has again been awarded the best place to live by the UK Quality of Life index!
