Female housemate please. Double room available in a lovely 2 bedroom flat in Shirley, Solihull. Only 5 mins walk to Shirley train station with links to Birmingham city centre (15mins) and Stratford upon Avon (20mins)

The room comes with double bed, double wardrobe, one bedside cabinet, one chest of drawers and bookshelf. Separate bathroom with shower head and toilet solely for your use only. Perfect for a young professional (female only) who is clean and tidy and enjoys the peace of home.

It is located on the 1st floor, 2 bedroom flat with access to a separate fully fitted kitchen area, shared lounge, washing/drier machines, and parking space if required in gated compound. Communal garden space with benches front and rear of complex.

All bills are included in the monthly rate (council tax, water, electric, gas, sky tv and internet).

Meat eaters welcome but would prefer vegetarian/pescatarian. Ok with alcohol but no smoking please .

I am a hospital doctor so please be mindful of shift patterns, on calls, nights etc. I usually update a timetable of shifts weekly on the whiteboard in the kitchen

COSTS:

- £550 per month (can consider MON-FRI let if needed)
- Minimum 3 month stay
- Inclusive of all bills with appropriate usage: Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water, Internet & Sky TV
- £250 deposit required inc references, inventory and tenancy set up (this will be returned when vacating)
- Rent collected every month in advance (to set up direct debit/standing order)

Train: 5 mins walk to Shirley Train station with links to Birmingham Central and Stratford upon Avon, 10 minutes drive to Solihull train station (which connects to London)

Bus: No. 49 outside the flat. Local buses connect to Birmingham City Centre, Solihull Town Centre and Maypole
