The house is 5 miles from the city centre. It is a 15 minute train journey into town (the station is 0.4 miles away from the house) and there is a bus stop at the end of the street with buses into town.
Cotteridge centre (0.2 miles away) has all the shops you need and Stirchley centre (0.8 miles away) has great cafes, restaurants and bars. Bournville is also less than a mile away.
I am currently a postgraduate student, training to be a social worker. I love to have friends round, go to restaurants, the theatre and galleries.
I am looking for a sociable, tidy housemate with progressive views and who is LGBTQ+ friendly. Happy for you to invite people over and enjoy the house.
