A very short walk (0.3m) to Bournville train station, with trains every 10 minutes, gets you into the city centre in 14 minutes (or to the University station in 6 minutes). Alternatively a 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, with buses running every 10 minutes on the Pershore Road get you into town in minutes.

Superfast sky wifi, Sky TV in shared sitting room and use of washing machine included.

Housemate is a 34 year old male professional (DRB available as I work with children). Also home to a cute and very sociable 3 year old pug, so housemate must be pet friendly.

The house is situated in the centre of Stirchley which is growing culturally. As well as the existing bars/ pubs there are 3 new bars that have opened in the past 6 months alone with a friendly atmosphere and fun environment. You will find many takeaways and restaurant as well as a Co-op, grocers, hair dressers, pharmacy, newsagents, Farmfoods etc all within a stones throw of the house.
