Room in Stirchley (Kings Heath Border)

I have a double room available to rent in my home in Stirchley on the kings heath border. You would be living with me, my 3 year old daughter and 1 other housemate (female)...we have 3 cats and my housemate has 2 house rabbits that live in her room, so you must like children and animals. My daughter goes to bed at 7pm so if you work full time you'll hardly see her, although she does wake by 7am.
We are all very friendly and looking for someone similar to join us in our home.
I enjoy socialising and trips to the pub with friends, live gigs, festivals, travelling, comedy, eating out, cooking, etc and I also like cooking and eat a wholefoods plantbased diet due to health reasons and my housemate is vegetarian.

My housemate also wanted me to mention that she is a lesbian (and some of my best mates are gay) so no homophobic's please.

Facilities include 2 bathrooms, shared living room and kitchen, large front garden, rear garden with patio, large shed for storage of bike, etc, off road parking on driveway.

I just need put a curtain pole up in the room so I can hang the curtains (as you will see from the photo's)

5 minute walk to stirchley village (pershore rd)
15 minute walk to Bournville train station
2 minute walk to no 11 or no 35 bus stops

No smoking in the house
