Sunny double room in Kings Heath

I’m looking for someone, friendly and like minded (queer household - no terfs, no reform voters pls etc) to come and rent my double second bedroom. It’s street facing, sunny and spacious, and comes furnished. The house has 2 bathrooms (incl a shower and a bath), a large living room and extremely comfy sofa (the pic was from when I moved in- so is now a bit more cosy!). Theres also a spacious kitchen, and eating area and a lovely sunny garden (am fully in my gardening era haha), with some beautiful apple trees at the far end.

Location wise, it’s half way between Stirchley and kings heath- so basically perfect for all the brunch options! (~20 mins walk to each), 2 mins from Highbury park, and will be superrrr close to the new pineapple road station. There’s heaps of parking on the road, so never unable to find a spot if you drive.

Move in mid Dec / Early Jan- can be flexible

I’m looking for someone who ideally doesn’t work from home full time- a couple of days a week is fine, unless you’re happy having a desk in your room- just prefer the kitchen not to become an office, as I work from home a few days a week too. Mature students also welcome 😊

It’s most important to have someone move in who is chilled, and happy to hang out from time to time. Please do drop a message if you’re interested.
