Hello, I have one large double bedroom. There is a shared bathroom on the ground floor. I live on the middle floor and use a different bathroom.
The kitchen/diner has a tall fridge and freezer, a new dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space. The crockery, cutlery and cookware is to share. Don’t mind smokers as long as it is outside of the house.
We live really close to Town, Cov Uni, Walsgrave hospital and have really good transport links. The house is situated off Ball Hill, with shops and pharmacy etc. There is parking with permit which costs £20.
